Daegu Nightlife, South Korea

Daegu, known to be the entertainment city of South Korea, it offers a colorful nightlife to visitors and locals alike. Be amazed to find out that Elvis’ fame is still very much alive in China when you run into a popular nightclub called the “Elvis Is in the House!” The lights of this bar are simply amazing; it is perhaps one of the few bars that have lights that change the color of the beer from red to blue. Longing for a barbeque at night? Then go grab a taste of the delicious Galbi. This is a Korean-style barbeque meal, where you and your friends will have a table with your own grill to cook your marinated meal brought by the attendants. After which you can have your Korean friends take you to a noreibang, which is a room with your own karaoke, to sing your heart out with Japanese music.

If you want cinemas then you are at the right place since Daegu offers a number of cinemas and theatres to its local citizens and tourists alike. One of which is the Kolon Outdoor Concert Hall, a popular place for its suitable concerts venues. This large outdoor hall, that started to operate on September 29, 2000 in Duryu Park, can accommodate up to 30,000 people offering a variety of performances like musical plays, operas, live music, and a lot more.

Visit this place and you will be able to enjoy the tradition and culture not just of Daegu, but of South Korea as well.
