Nezahualcóyotl, a short name of Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl, is a city in the State of Mexico. This city got its name from the famous poet and king Nezahualcoyotl who was the king of a territory called Texcoco. This city is the second most populated city in the State of Mexico and the population is eighth largest in the country. The city has a rich history and is known for its cultural heritage too.
