by If you don't have a car, you should really check public traffic schedules, otherwise you're stuck in the middle of nowhere, like I was! Tripolis is not really special, there are a few shops fort ourists and soem restaurants, but nothing you can't find in any other Greek city.
It costed a lot of time for me to go to Sparta and the city was really ugly, there was nothing worthy to look at. Loads of other cities in Greece have beautiful sights, don't waste time with Sparta, in my opinion.

Bars and clubs are all over the Athens city metropolis. Night owls can go bar hopping along the Monastiraki area, the Psirri, the Thissio, Gazi and Zappeio bash zones.
