Zaza is well known for its excellent cuisine, and the fact that it doesn't take sides when it comes to food preferences. There is about the same number of delicious meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, so you'll never be put into the situation of going to lunch with someone and realising that there's nothing on the menu that fits your taste.

Zaza is a bit pricey, but the eclectic menu is worth every single penny. It's a comfy, pleasant and quirky restaurant with a nice decor and excellent service - the waiters will make sure that you get everything you want, exactly how you want it.

The food is definitely international/fusion, so no local dishes here - but considering the creativity of the chefs, this is by no means a defect.

Rio De Janeiro Travel guide

In all respects, Rio de Janeiro is a breathtaking place of amazing contrasts with sheer granite mountains going beyond the vast ocean. These steep hills stand between the immaculate colonial buildings nestling among the contemporary glass skyscrapers, wonderful stretches of yellow sand and lush wooded areas tumbling down the hillsides into the heavily inhabited residential areas.
