Seven Oaks Resort and Country Club

Birders from all over Texas come here to see the rose-throated becard, clay-colored robin, northern beardless-tyrannulet, tropical parula, zebra long wing and a great number of skippers. The park offers many facilities to the visitors including picnic tables, shaded trees, boating facilities and a big pavilion.

La Lomita Mission

It is a great historical monument in Mission. It was built in 1865 and it was featured as headquarters for the Oblate Fathers in Hidalgo County.

Los Lagos Golf Course

It is considered as one of the best public golf courses in Rio Grande Valley. The whole golf course features 11 lakes, 84 sand traps surrounded by big moist trees. It also features driving range, pro-shop, grill and putting greens.
