Four nightlife zones of Gijon

The most important zone of Gijon is ‘La Ruta’ where you find lots of pubs, which are located near the town area. The ‘Poniente’ is a nightlife zone found near La Ruta and Cimadevilla with more of nightclubs catering to older people above the age of 25.
‘Cimadevilla’ is famous as the oldest nightclub zone of the city where you will find that the music here is not similar to the music found in other zones. You don’t actually get to listen to Latin and dance music here; instead, there is more of Spanish, international pop and rock music and other sounds.
