Be in Sorsogon by land, through buses going to the Visayas Region via Sorsogon - Philtranco being the dominant bus operator with their routes direct to the province. Or, book a flight via Philippine Airlines or Cebu Pacific which have flights from Metro Manila to Legazpi City, followed by a bus or van ride from Legazpi City to Sorsogon.
