When the night spreads its wings

A street called as Sarafa in Indore gets totally changed when the night approaches the Horizon and the market is closed. It is all done as it has been done in India since the beginning of history. There are many small eating places in front of every shop which sell something delicious and original every day. The sweets which are served may be the same in each shop, but everyone adds his own touch to the sweet. Hence the same mithai would taste differently in different shops. Some shops sprinkle rosewater or some add saffron to it to make the sweet delicious.

Stay safe

Indore is a safe place to stay. Like other big cities in India, it does not have safety issues generally even at late hours when you are out to taste the nightlife. You can find the roads full of people even at 11 o'clock in the night. It’s safe even for girls. Though some areas in the city are closed after 8 at night, so one has ensure not travelling in these areas alone for simple safety reasons. However areas like Palasia, MG Road, Y.N. Road are safe to visit and are decently crowded till around 12 pm.
