Kavala Travel Guide - Accommodation
Since Kavala is such as successful tourist destination, naturally there are hotels of any shape, size and price in the city. Most of them are located in the city centre, in beautiful refurbished buildings, but there are a few modern newly built hotels, too. Nefeli Hotel has spacious and affordable rooms facing the sea, with modern facilities and a quite good restaurant. Imaret Hotel is located in a beautiful historic building from the 19th century. The hotel’s Ottoman architecture and its excellent services contribute to its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. If you want to be close to the beach but some distance away from the bustling crowd, this Kavala Travel Guide recommends Amalia Hotel, a charming neo-classical establishment with huge balconies that offer a great view of the beach and the sea.
