Being newly weds has it's own ups and downs. All the loving, little arguments here and there made my marriage with my husband strong.
One thing that I really admire about my husband is his ability to think outside the box. Instead of talking a little bit of here what he does is to let me ride on our car and run off away from home.
This is where this mountain top which is located 5-10mins away from home take into the picture. It's specific location is in Maghaway, Talisay City Cebu. It's peaceful atmosphere, and serenity has given my husband and I the solitude we both need.
One time, we even went here when it's like raining and just got stuck inside the car while watching a show of lightning. I am really scared of lightning but that moment, I wasn't. It was like the most beautiful thing I have ever seen up on the sky.
People who live on the mountain top might not notice the beauty of the whole place but for me and my husband it's a treasure to keep.

It was in then that the Interior Secretary, Elpidio Quirino picked the mayor and the board members of Cebu. Because of its rising populace and smart location on the map, it was picked by the Japanese forces to be its headquarters upon their arrival on April 10 1942. Years later Cebu finally beamed for being freed by the Americans in March 1945. Independence was in full circle in... Read more »
