We made reservations in advance in Bridges, so we could get a table at dinner one evening.

I love their prixe fixe-s consisting of three courses and all their seafood specialties. They are all deliciously tasty. And what is interesting, you have to sit by the bar to enjoy these sea delicacies.

But what really makes Bridges a great restaurant is that the whole place is built on water. You can enjoy an excellent view, while eating a delicious meal on a warm, summer night. What could be better?

It is definitely a destination that everyone would like to visit at least once in their lifetime and if they decide to visit it in 2010 when it hosts the Winter Olympic Games, the city will deliver its best. If you can’t wait till then, you will still find a city that is a beautiful blend of The [...]
