It is home to over 175 vehicles from different eras. Some of the cars are more the 100 years old already. Tourists must bear in mind that the place is open only from May until October.

Sojourner Truth Gravesite. This site was built to commemorate the most beloved figure of the abolition movement, Sojourner Truth. The place is good for sightseeing, walking and picnicking.

Kalamazoo Institute of Arts. Aside from being a school, this place also plays host to different exhibits. It has 10 galleries that showcase exhibits from different sectors. The displays come from museums, galleries and private collections across the country.

Kalamazoo Sights Recreation

Kalamazoo City is a nice place to visit. Tourists can tour around the city at the same time be entertained. The city brags about the different leisure sites every member of the family can enjoy.

Kalamazoo Nature Center. This recreation area is one of the premier nature centers in the country. The place has indoor and outdoor exhibits which are mostly interactive. A must-see is the tropical rainforest which has three levels. The nature center also has areas for hiking and skiing.

Kalamazoo Air Zoo. This place will surely bring a smile on everyone who visits it. It has more than 70 vintage aircrafts on exhibit. In addition to that, it has a 4D theatre and an indoor amusement park where visitors can experience the real thrill of travelling through the skies.

Binder Park Zoo. This park has 50 acres of Wild Africa exhibit. Tourists should watch out for the red panda and white-faced gibbon. Aside from the animal displays, the zoo also has ranger station and research camps.
