Worcester, MA US - Overview
Worcester is a county town and a city of Worcestershire, West Midlands, England. It is situated in the central Massachusetts and is about 72 km westwards of Boston. This town was established on 14 June, 1722 as a town and was given the status of a city on 29 February, 1848. Having over 172,648 residents, it accounts as the second most largest of the cities of New England.
Being a home to about nine universities and colleges, Massachusetts Bio- Technology Research Park and other institutions, Worcester is a great place to pursue educational and professional qualifications and opportunities. Burnside Fountain
It is located southwards and is called as “The Turtle Boy Love Statue” by the locals. This fountain features one boy and turtle who are engaged in a supposedly obscene act. Different people have different opinions regarding the pose shared by them and hence this has become a great attraction among people.
