16th Street Mall
Downtown Texas provides great timeouts at 16th Street Mall with different bowling arenas and multiple shops to pick from. The place is infested with multiple kiosks, outdoor cafes and shops along the sidewalks. The 15-screen movie theater also is a good place to check out the new releases.
Red Rocks Park
Being 15 miles to the West of the city of Denver, Red Rocks Park is absolutely amazing. It has red sandstone texture staring out from the foothills of the Colorado region, creating an ambience of a natural amphitheater. You would want to visit this place by the day to get a good look at the rock formations and the fossil remains of the dinosaur era. You can also attend the concerts held here throughout the year or simply plan on a hiking trip.
Larimer Square
Larimer Square had begun as the first city block for the town of Denver. However at present, it has grown to be the heart of the city’s hip and stylish activities, with numerous restaurants, boutique shops and hot nightclubs.
Denver Museum of Nature and Science
There are several interactive sections to Denver Museum of Nature and Science, where you could also wait for some IMAX features. Starting with the Egyptian mummies to the age old dinosaur fossils, you will find numerous items of interest in this place. Other than this, there are also planetarium and the space exploration programs along with rotating movies.
Denver Art Museum Denver Art Museum is popularly known as DAM. This place is a unique amalgamation of contemporary art and old school along with several architectural skills also.
LoDo District
LoDo District is one of the most happening places at Denver. Being a major craze in the city’s nightlife, this place boomed during the time of the Gold Rush. Still today, people flock this place for the various restaurants and posh shopping areas that it has in offering. Among the various riches of this place, there are the several architectural sites along with nightclubs.
