Garden Grove Nightlife, California
Garden Grove, CA US - Nightlife: Groove to the rhythm in Garden Grove
It is rightly said that nothing is perfect, but the city of Garden Grove has taken itself closer to perfection. It has everything, just everything. As the twilight sets in, it’s a very different world. The beauty of the city wears a new look. The streets get crowded mostly by business corporate, youths and music lovers. Rain is very rare in this part of the States, but when it occurs, the beauty becomes a snapshot in the memory. As the sun sets in, most parts of the city get closed except liquor shops, mini marts and a few book shops. But in spite of this, no one can expect his hope to get transformed to despair. Instead, it gets more exciting and more rewarding.
Casa De Soto Mexican Restaurant
You can easily grab good cuisines, drinks, ice cream and of course Elvis. On the Garden Boulevard and on Harbor, there are a number of Asian cuisine restaurants. However the ‘Casa De Soto Mexican Restaurant’ can be counted on quality and taste anytime and every time. Opened in 1973, the restaurant has a number of sitting places, which varies from tables to booths. Hanging above each booth, there are lanterns that add to the wonderful environment prevailing inside.
Main Street
Very near to this place, there is the historic Main Street. It is always filled with action, with the little bar ‘Rainbow room’ and Aztec Restaurant occupying important positions. To add, there is the ‘Crooner’s lounge’. This place is totally dedicated to Elvis and sports. Not a single space is left on the wall in which Elvis’ picture is not there. There are movie posters, clocks, neon signs and pin ball machine all devoted to Elvis. Series of flat screen TVs playing sporting events, Elvis’ films and live performances can also be seen. The bar offers both imported and domestic beers.
King of Karaoke
On Friday nights, the main place to hang out becomes “King of Karaoke”. It serves as an opportunity for everyone to showcase their talent in front of a large audience presence at these bars. Again, a hangout would be incomplete without a scoop of ice cream. Famous for this is the “Rite Aid”. Then there is jazz music, discs and theatres for music lovers.
The list of places to have fun in the city is endless. There is no doubt that Garden Grove is equally bright in day and night.
