There are 54 miles of marked bike trails, 40 miles of equestrian trails, 16 miles of unmarked bike trails, 3 miles of marked bike trails for one-side only, 5 miles for non-canal trails and 17 miles of multi-function trails along canals.

Freestone Park: The flagship park of Gilbert is a truly wonderful place to play and visit. This park features sport courts, ball fields, a train, play grounds, picnic and batting cage concessions for the visitors to enjoy. In the park, you will also find an amphitheatre, Freestone Recreation Centre and Gilbert’s Skate Park.
