Ulyanovsk is a beautiful city located in the middle of European Russia on the banks of the great River Volga. Brief history
This beautiful city of Ulyanovsk was founded in 1648 as a bastion in order to protect the southern border in Russia; at that time, it was known as Simbrisk and later wan renamed as Ulyanovsk in honor of Lenin. This amazingly beautiful city is known as the capital of an administrative district called oblast.
