Casablanca Nightlife, Morocco

Casablanca’s nightlife moves to a pulse uniquely its own. It offers a unique mix of North African tradition, Spanish passion, and French refinement that visitors can immerse themselves in for exhilirating travel experience second t none. Let your pulse beat in time to the exotic Moroccan music while you enjoy a drink of local beer and spicy grilled meats in Casablanca’s cabarets. You can watch belly dancers perform and even learn the moves yourself in this lively night spot. Or you can recline in deep red carpets with lots of candles for a more romantic ambience at the Kasbar restaurant.

They serve a variety of mouthwatering Asian and Mediterranean dishes that you can enjoy while watching the hub of the busy city streetst at night. The La Bodega is another great place to eat. You can watch bullfights while you dine on their tasty original Spanish dishes. And if you are looking to work of some of the pounds you just ate, go down to the basement where you can find the La Bodega disco. Usually jam packed with both tourists and locals alike, the disco does not lack entertainment. Here you can find bartenders who not only mix great drinks but will astound you with their fire eating skills. Hang loose and jump up the bar for a bit of dancing. This place will definitely set your pulse to racing.

The Papagayo is a night spot where you can dance to live Latino music. Have a taste of their special drinks while you party till the sun rises.

If all that dancing has made you hungry, a spectacular restaurant can be found right in Casabalanca’s port area. There is no better place to eat seafood at night than the Le Port de Peche. Dine on freshly caught, fish, shellfish and squid prepared in a mouthwatering array of dishes, while you enjoy the cool sea breeze and night air. Dinner at the Le Port de Peche is a unique dining experience. Do not leave Casablanca without walking through its harbor and the many night cafes which are open until late in the evening. This is a perfect place to drink tea during the night while you enjoy the nightlights on the Port of Casablanca and the view of the El Hank lighthouse. Many of these cafes serve strong Moroccan coffee which is great with shisha, a flavored tobacco smoked in big water pipes.
