Hyderabad is famous for its unique history, culture and archeological wonders. Some of the most famous sites and attractions of Hyderabad include the following.

Char Minar is a historical place in Hyderabad. It was built by Sultan Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah in the Sixteenth century and it is one of the best landmarks of the city.

 Mecca Mosque is a historical mosque of the city located very close to Char Minar. The mosque was constructed in the 16th century. The notable aspect of this mosque is its great architectural design.

Lad Bazar is close to Char Minar. There are a lot of shops in Lad Bazar selling lacquer, clothes, jewelry, bangles and shoes.

Osmania University is a very famous university in Hyderabad. The building of the university is marked with Eldora paintings and Arsenic-Moorish arches. Thousands of students graduate Osmania University every year.

Nehru Zoological Park is one the largest parks in the Asia comprised of 300 acres of land. In this park, more than 3000 species of different animals and birds can be seen. It is an ideal visiting place for the couples, families with children and old citizens.

Quit Shah Tombs are located close to Golconda Fort. Quit Shah Tombs features the old rose gardens, fountains.

Raymond's Tomb- Michael Raymond was a French mercenary. He was a military commander and a close friend of second Noam. His tomb lies in eastern Hyderabad.

The Salar Jung Museum-This Museum features more than 35,000 antique objects and collectibles.  It has a wide range of collectibles and antiques of historical importance. It is one of the favorite travel destinations of the tourists.

Public Gardens The public gardens are also known as Bagh-e-aam. The public gardens house the Ajanta Pavilion and the State Archaeological Museum.
