Bhavnagar is situated in the city of Gujarat. Bhavnagar is the sixth largest populated city in the state of Gujarat. The Seashore near Ghogha is located around 22 kilometers from the city of Bhavnagar. This seashore regularly attracts huge number of tourists due to its scenic beauty. Green trees around the seashore and the cold air which flows due to the water body helps the tourists feel at ease at this place.

Victoria Park is the heart of the city as it attracts a huge number of birds from around the planet. Birds in huge numbers arrive to this park during summers and hence this is enough to attract various bird watchers. The park spreads over an area of around 500 square kilometers which is actually huge. You won’t be able to visit the complete park in a single day!

Gaurishankar Lake (known amongst the locals by the name of Bor Talav) is another tourist hot spot in Bhavnagar. It was built with the purpose of supplying water to the city of Bhavnagar. It is famous for the setting sun and the scenic beauty which covers the lake and its surrounding areas.

Gandhi Smriti is the famous memorial of the city which has a huge collection of manuscripts, photographs, and books related with the life of Mahatma Gandhi are available in this memorial. It has many of the rare remains of the life of Mahatma Gandhi which aren’t available anywhere else in the country. This is the reason why it attracts so many tourists.
