Located 137 km from Yulin and 139 km fro Yantai, Dalian is not one of the major cities in China but it has an intricate history that has contributed to its popularity today. The city became popular because of its geographical location and recent developments that’s almost unrivalled in the country.

The city is located in the northeast part of the country. Tourists should be able to visit the city without any challenges. The city has an international airport which connects the tourists, locals and businessmen to major cities in the country and neighboring countries. The best time to visit Dalian is during the summer months. The beaches are teeming with tourists and there are festivals happening in different districts of the city featuring fireworks, music and food festivals. But remember that the coastline could be a little bit crowded during these months. Aside from foreigners, locals are also visiting Dalian for a day or two. If you’re into fashion, the city also hosts an annual international fashion show every September.
