São Paulo is the largest city within Brazil and one of the most famous metropolitan cities around the world. São Paulo is the capital of São Paulo state and it is considered to be the richest city amongst all cities of Brazil. Business in São Paulo started from coffee exports and later on moved to industries in various niches. It was the private sector’s turn when the other business fell down due to competition from the rest of the cities as well as from the rest of the planet. Soon São Paulo entered the field of entertainment and excelled in this field too. The growth of São Paulo attracted many tourists and today tourism industry is also an important business for the inhabitants of São Paulo.

 São Paulo is famous for the multiple cuisines which aren’t actually found in many other countries. São Paulo has around 60 cuisines under its belt and over 12000 restaurants to feed the locals as well as various tourists. Other hot spots like pubs, bars, discs, etc. are amongst many other places which tourists must visit.

 São Paulo Museum of Art (known as MASP in short) is one of the famous places which tourists love to visit when they hit São Paulo. It is famous for the design of its building. Another famous museum of São Paulo is Pinacoteca do Estado, which happens to be a famous art museum. Formula One Grand Prix racing court and the theatre named Sala São Paulo are some more famous tourist spots which are known for their unique design and attractive architectural buildings.

 Catedral da Sé is the most talked about cathedral and a symbol of São Paulo. This monument is also famous for its unique historical design. Paulista Avenue is a thoroughfare of São Paulo and it is the location where many important cultural centers and historical museums are to be found.

 Edifício Copan is famous for the way it has been designed by the well known designer Oscar Niemeyer. Edifício Copan was built between the years of 1951 to 1966 and it is famous for the wavy design which it possesses. This design will give you the feeling that the building is moving although it stays still.
