by At about 60 kilometers from Oradea are Suncuius and Vadu Crisului, two towns very close to each other. We went by car until we reached the sign indicating that we are in Suncuius, and immediately after that we stopped at the margin of the road. I was a bit worried about the car because no other cars were parked there, but we hadn't have a choice so we left it there.
We went back near the railways and walk about 10 minutes until a tunnel. Before the tunnel there are signs on the trees for the hikers showing different trip opportunities. We chose a longer one. The trail was a bit tough but every now and then there was a point where you could see the whole surrounding area.
When we reached the tunnel, before setting off for the real trip, I said that I wouldn't like to go through the tunnel. So when I was really tired and I asked when will we reach our destination the brother of my boyfriend said that we only avoid the tunnel by climbing on the mountain above it, because I didn't want to go through it... :) (on out way back we had to go through it but it wasn't so bad:p)
When we reached the peak we were really tired so we sat down and had a little picnic and also we took some photos. The scenery was really nice.
We were lucky because while we were there it didn't rain. The trail leading down to the town was a bit difficult, so if it had been wet I really don't know how would have we made it.
