by March to May is spring time and the most popular season. September to November and is also a great time to travel however winter time can be very cold so December to February and the summer months of July to August are freezing.
China - Beijing, Shanghai
Spring and autumn are the best times to visit. Spring is March/April and autumn is September/October.
Hong Kong
Winter times are the preferred times especially November and December. In January and February usually gets a bit cooler but is still ok. March and April are a bit warmer and starting in May humidity goes up and becomes quite uncomfortable. Later on in September there can be cyclones.
Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi
As most of South East Asia, Southern Vietnam has two seasons: dry and rainy season. The wet season is from May to November, and the dry from December to April. Try to avoid February, as it's the hottest and most humid time.
Thailand - Bangkok
You may travel to Thailand all year round. However, the time between February and May can be extremely hot and humid. After that the rainy season starts and it usually lasts till September/October. You will find that it's not as hot during this time, as there are usually a few clouds in the sky. With a few more clouds there are also less tourists flooding the beaches. The rest of the year is dry and hot.
Malaysia
It is hot all year round, but best is if you can avoid November to January, which is the rainy season and usually means, high temperatures with lots of humidity.
Singapore
Situated very close to the equator, Singapore is perfect for a year round travel. Go any time, as climate is no major consideration.
Indonesia - Bali
The cooler, dry season is from April to October and is seen as the best time to visit, as the rest of the year is quite humid.
Philippines - Manila
Best time is from the middle of December to the middle of May.
India - Delhi
October to March are usually the best times to travel to not just Delhi but most of India.
