Ginza is the main shopping area in Tokyo, beside Shinjuku. It is famous for its brand stores like Tiffany, Apple or Bulgari. It is not so crowded as Shinjuku, though that might depend on the season or day you're going. There also many stores that sell not just upscale merchandise but also some cheaper japanese souvenirs and other things that might of interest to anyone.

To see a little bit of the 'street' side of the are, you could roam the narrower street and go into a small restaurant that sells ramen. The soup is extremely delicious.

In any way, go shopping or just have a small bite a local bar, it something to experience in any case.

Address:
Ginza, Chuo-ku, 104-0061 Tokyo, Japan

How to get there:
Travel by subway to either the Ginza station, Higashi-Ginza or the Ginza-Itchome station.
