The restaurant's specialty, as its name indicates is the lobster which they prepare with care and attention to detail. The Lobster Pot Restaurant also serves other seafood dishes such as shrimps, tuna, swordfish and many others. They also have caviar for those of more delicate tastes.

The place is not very far from Tampa, on Redington Shores. They also have a location on Clearwater Beach.
