Most of Shanghai's glamorous bars are located on the Bund, and this one is as glamorous as you can get. Glamour Bar (very appropriately named) describes itself as the sexiest bar in Shanghai. They even have a dress code, so you probably can't get in if you're dressed in a pair of battered old jeans and a t-hirt. Overall, the place is very pleasant, if a bit on the snobbish side. The atmosphere is quite laid back, and sometimes there's even live music.

The menu is on the expensive side, and there are several varieties if champagne, and scores of dainty little cocktails concocted out for exotic ingredients. There's some food too, and it's very tasty, but the portions are a bit small.
