This is a fantastic Park in Munich. It's not as central as the English Garden, but more relaxing, and the best place to really calm down from a stressful day. The castle itswelf is beautiful and there the canals, as well as the lake are adding to the picturesque scenery.

When I was there, there were deer running around.

One drawback is that you cannot really do a picnic there since it's prohibited to walk on the meadows.

Price:
Free

Opening Hours:
Usually open until 8pm, but you could go a bit later as well.

How to get there:
drive there if you can, there is plenty of parking
