One of L.A.'s best. It's a restaurant created by Wolfgang Puck and a mixture of French and Japanese. At Chinois on Main you will find some of the best food that you eat family style. Basically, they bring you plates that you put in the middle of the table and then share with others. Try the Lobster on Spinach or the Duck on Plum sauce... so many yummy dishes. And some more... Tempura Ahi Tuna Sashimi with Uni (sea urchin)-sauce marinated foie gras with pineapple, Shanghai lobster risotto with spicy ginger-curry ...

Although this place is super expensive it is well worth it. Wolfgang Puck really knows how to create a perfect dish. Also, this place is very close by the beach and you can go for a nice walk on Venice and then return to Chinois for dinner.Reply
