Indroda Park is quite an old park on the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Highway spread in over 400 hectares on the bank of river Sabarmati. It is called Indroda Dinosaur and Fossile Park which is the second largest hatchery of dinosaur eggs in the world regarded as India’s Jurrasic Park. It is the only dinosaur museum in the country. Not to miss – the zoo, massive skeletons of sea mammals like the blue whale, amphitheatre, interpretation centre and vast botanical garden. There are hundreds of nilgais (wild cow), langurs and peafowls in the forest.
