My wife isn't really into fishing, so while she went shopping (which I know can last a few hours), I decided to go to the Marina and 'dive into' my passion. There were some fishing trips, and though I haven't made any reservations, the guy in the docks was really nice and took my to the ocean. I had to pay something, but considering I caught about 3 Kingfishes and a few Dolphin fishes, for me it was well worth the price.

It was an amazing experience and when I saw my wife had a great time too and she didn't mind me going to the Marina, I was quite happy! :)

Address:
Bahia Mar Marina, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Price:
Varies on the 'tour' or on the gentleman who takes you fishing for example.

How to get there:
Either by car (taxi maybe) on the mainland up 'til the Fire Station, or by water taxi.
