Turned into a historic landmark, the Buckhorn Exchange restaurant is a great place to taste some traditional Western food in a background with rich history.

The decor of the restaurant is really catchy and amazing, with stuffed animals and wooded walls. The lunch and dinner menus are full of delicious ribs, steaks and elk dishes with the house specialty being the greatest.

Be aware that even if you're going with a friend, family or a group, you have to make reservations in advance so that you will have a table when you arrive, because it is usually packed, being a popular destination for visitors and locals alike.
