Dagupan is considered as the supreme city in the area of Pangasinan that is located in the Philippines. Based on the results of the 2000 surveys, the total population of Dagupan City was 130328 inhabitants in 25921 families. Dagupan is recognized as the head seaport, business and monetary core of the zone and Northern Luzon that was situated at Lingayen Gulf on the isle of Luzon.
