American and Mexican in combination, the cuisine of the Saltgrass Steak House is unique and yet traditional. Becoming a legend itself, the restaurant has spread throughout the country, taking a bit of its own delicious carefully prepared steak specialties to various locations in Colorado, Oklahoma, Nevada, Louisiana and Texas. If you give it a try you will see why it is such a success.

Try the Beef Ravioli and Brazos Chicken beside their special steak and rib dishes. I'm sure you will treasure every taste.
