When it was built in 1974, with its whopping 108 stories, Willis Tower was the tallest building in the world. Since then it fell to place 5 on the list, but it's still the tallest building in the US. The Skydeck is located on the 103th floor, over 1,300 feet above the ground. When it's a bit windy outside, you can feel the building sway under your feet. It's one of the most interesting tourist attractions in Chicago, not surprising considering that from the deck you can see all of the city, plus as far as Lake Michigan on clear days.
