New England Aquarium is amazing. It is a three story complex with a lot of thematized exhibitions and programs for kids and adults as well.
I love the jellyfish exhibit, but the tropical area and the part with the penguins is also great. The penguins are soo cute and they are not afraid of you at all! You can see and actually touch the rays and see sharks from very - I mean very - close!
They also organize whale watching cruises, but you have to pay extra for that.
