by Well, if you are up for some cheap fun South of the border, go to Rosarito. I never really liked the place though, it's dirty and dangerous a little like the big city nearby 'Tijuana' or TJ as the college kids in California call it.
So, if you like adventure or you are cutious what does a small Mexican town looks like, Rosarito is the right place. You can get into the local pub and enjoy the not too kind gazes from the local men, it's a lot of fun, believe me...
