Lille Sights
The Porte de Paris was built by Louis XIV during 1685 and 1692 to celebrate the comeback of the city of France. The Beffroi tower is also located in this place and was finished in 1932, and is a part of the Town Hall. The statue of the Lillie’s Giants is found at the base of the tower. The La Vieille Ville is one of the major tourist sights that have attractive narrow roads and ancient Flemish town houses.
