Colorado is definitely a wonderful place if you are thinking about a ski vacation within the US. The state gives home to many of the largest and most popular ski resorts in the country, including the Breckenridge Ski Resort that we want to present you today. Take a look at this ski resort guide and other others we have and decide where you want to go practice your favorite winter sports in the next cold season!

As numerous other US ski resorts, Breckenridge is also owned and operated by Vail Resorts, Inc. All winter lovers will find something they like among the ski trails for every level of knowledge, the great lodgings and amazing restaurants. The resort is nested between the famous Fourteen mountains of Colorado, so travelers are surrounded by breathtaking peaks from every direction. Due to these special geographical conditions, the mountains create their own weather conditions.

Thus snowfall can be measured in feet, not only inches here plus snow and weather reports are available to everyone on the mountain or at home planing their trip. Fortunately the surrounding peaks make the chance for fresh snow bigger than at other resorts. You can even watch the records of new snowfall online via the camera of Breckenridge that has a one day time lapse but it still provides fresh info.
