San Francisco is one of the most visited cities not only in the US, but in the whole world, and there are plenty of reasons for its fame. The famously hilly surface of the city, its scenic beauty, its Victorian architecture and its very liberal atmosphere are only a few of the things that make San Francisco unique. In such a diverse city, feeling welcome and relaxed is simply unavoidable.
And the bustling nightlife of San Francisco definitely plays a great part in making you feel like you belong here. So here is our list for the top 5 hottest clubs in San Francisco, so hurry up and experience the real San Francisco life!
The Parlor, Leavenworth Street
The Parlor is a new addition to San Francisco’s nightlife scene, but it has already become one of the hottest spots in town. Self described as a bonafide place of hydration, you can imagine that the selection on the menu is quite an eyeful. The Parlor is chic and it summons the mood of a 1900’s bar, but with modern accountrements.
There’s a daily happy hour special, of course, a DJ at night, and a great dancing space. If you want something more intimate, you can retreat to the Library to play pool, or to the Whiskey room.
Minna Gallery, Minna Street
If you like your night-time venue to be more than a place where you can drink and dance, Minna Gallery will surpass your wildest expectations. This club combines art, film screenings, DJ music, drinks and dance in an original way. The clubs is huge, but it is open at night only when there are special performances.
Although it is not a place where you can hang out every night, it is worth checking the schedule to see if there’s a performance at the Gallery when you’re visiting San Francisco.
Rockit Room, Clement Streets
If you want a place where you can rock out to your heart’s content, check out the Rockit Room on Clement Street. Local and international bands regularly play at the Rockit, not only because the place is large enough to accommodate crazy crowds, but also because they have a top-notch sound system. If your favourite band is not playing, you can have some fun playing pool or foosball, or listening to songs on the jukeboxes in the lounge areas.
Ruby Skye, Mason Street
Ruby Skye is a polished, elegant bar that hosts not only cocktail parties, live shows, private events but fashion shows as well. The bar has two levels, four rooms and a score of VIP rooms mostly reserved for local or visiting celebrities. The drinks are not cheap, but if you want a swanky night out with the possibility of meeting some new or old celebrities, Ruby Sky is definitely worth it.
