    This hostel located in the city center is owned by Brits and Australians, and it is all about fun. The staff organize outings for the guests every night, and travelers stay here to socialize, not only to sleep.

    2. Traveller’s House, Lisbon, Portugal

    Voted the best hostel in the world by the readers of Hostelworld, this hostel never ceases to amaze. It is located in the ol center of the city in a historical building, and the amenities will please even the most picky traveler.

    3. Academy Hostel, Florence, Italy

    Travelers who like their quiet will definitely enjoy their stay here. The hostel is very close to the major tourist attractions, the rooms don’t compromise on comfort, and they have all sorts of complimentary services that will make your stay even better.

    4. The Riverhouse Backpackers, Cardiff, Wales

    This hostel is located right in the center of the city, on the banks of the River Taff. It has a nice common are for socializing with other guests, individual bathrooms for each room and all sorts of freebies (breakfast, all day long tea and coffee, etc.).

    The only drawback of this hostel is its location, a bit far from the center. But it is the only youth hostel in Reykjavk, and it is one of the best hostels you’ll ever see.

    It’s got all the same great things as the Reykjavík City hostel offers plus an excellent location!
