This year, why not explore somewhere truly exotic, by visiting Dubai? The perfect holiday destination for families or frequent travellers, Dubai has something to offer everyone.

Travellers looking for places to go in Dubai should take a walk into Satwa, the Indian and Filipino district for some delicious cuisine, and peruse market stalls selling a variety of jewellery and fabrics. Pop into the historical district of Bur Dubai and dine in one of their many floating restaurants. You can also browse the many spice souks in Dubai’s old financial centre of Deira.

If you’re after a more rural experience, you can explore the Middle East’s endless desert in a 4×4 jeep with frequent tours taking place out of the city each day. Or why not take a stroll along Dubai’s many beautiful beaches? There’s just so much to explore!

You can also get a taste of Middle Eastern life by visiting the lively hustle and bustle of the souks and picking up some stunning souvenirs and ornaments. The designer shopping is also hard to beat, with Dubai being the second most popular retail destination for global brands, whatever luxury label you’re after, there’s a high chance you’ll find it.

Dubai accommodation is famously breath-taking, with buildings of such jaw-dropping luxury and grandeur, you won’t want to leave. The Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa is perfect for families, with its own private beach, ideal for the kids to play and explore.

Your little ones can also enjoy the many kids’ clubs and activities on offer, while you relax in the hotel’s luxurious spa with its own Hammam. The hotel is also conveniently located just five minutes from the busy city-centre.

When it comes to dining, you’re spoilt for choice with 17 restaurants and bars on offer to satisfy your every gastronomic whim!

Another great resort is the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with spacious rooms and beachside villas, as well as a Pavilion Sports Court which boasts seven floodlit tennis courts. The children can be entertained at Sinbad’s Kids Club and spend hours of fun in the hotel’s famous Wild Wadi Water Park.

Dubai is slowly turning out to be the hottest tourist destination as it has a lot to offer starting from stunning skyscrapers to souks and options for skiing. If you are considering holidays to Dubai, then it is always better to hire the services of a travel agency as they only have all the required information regarding affordable hotels in Dubai and everything else.
